It teaches RISK Aversion. It teaches to talk the talk. I just love to listen to fresh MBA grads - they are dripping with "niche penetration strategies" and Porter's five forces analysis... They do talk a good talk - and that often what gets you hired.&nbsp;</span></span></div>

Our marketing collaterals looked <strong>nothing like an ad agency</strong> would produce, although we did comply with a thick branding guide... we generated leads and buzz... it was a highly spirited operation and the results were mind blowing...</span></span></div>

Contrary to the traditional "common sense" approach which teaches "don't believe it until you see it", he adopts the opposite - Believe it and you'll see it!- approach which defines what his lens finds in this world. 

What you focus on always expands. The more you focus on what's right, what's beautiful, what's inspiring - the more you see it, the more of it you attract to your life!

He and his friends made me laugh, they made me cry, they exposed the delicate nature of people around me and I was kinder because of the lessons they taught through their silly skits...</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 140%;">Years later I took my daughter to see Slava's Snow Show in New York. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 140%;">It ripped open all my protective layers which had been carefully built over the years.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 140%;">I wasn't the only one in the audience that felt the uniting current of love and sadness. I felt that the world became a little kinder after that show.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 140%;"> If you ever have a chance to see Slava's Snow Show, take it. Here's a couple of little episodes that might give you a tiny clue about it.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 140%;">It is such a beautiful expression of the <span style="font-size: 140%;">striving of the Soul to Raise Up and be heard by God.</span></span></p>

Rome buzzing with life</span>.&nbsp;The side walk cafes intoxicate with the smell of freshly baked delights and coffee. An angelic voice cuts though it all with Italian folk melodies.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 140%;">You turn around and see a 9 year old boy in clumsy second-hand clothes. His shoelaces broken and knotted. He hands a tray of Biscotti, Genetti and Amaretti to the owner and keeps singing.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 140%;">You ask the owner about the little boy - he's a son of a baker who is ill; one of 8 kids, just helping out...</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 140%;">That's how the little boy gets "discovered" and in a few months his first album is recorded in Copenhagen and his voice proceeds to stir souls and lift the Spirit of many in Europe in the late 50s and early 60s - and I am so happy to have found him on YouTube.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 140%;"><span style="font-size: 140%;">Robertino Loretti</span> was one of my favorite&nbsp;singers&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 140%;">when I was growing up. This is how an Angel sings - in my book.</span></p>
