Some Facts About Water To Ponder About
Friday, December 25, 2009 at 10:00PM I was watching (again!) the documentary Home and some facts struck me:
It takes 100 liters of water to grow 1 kilo of potatoes
It takes 4 000 liters of water to grow 1 kilo of rice
It takes 13 000 liters to grow 1 kilo of beef
Not to mention the oil guzzled in the production process and transport.

In the US we use 150 gallons of water per person per day...
Half of the schools in the world do not have access to clean water and toilets.

Grateful for the Connection and Love - after the Love & Gratitude to Water Ritual
Monday, October 12, 2009 at 9:05AM The Experience of sending Love and Gratitude to the water this time was very different from a week ago - when I was doing it alone.
Yesterday it felt like picking up a conversation with an old friend, in many ways it was a lot lighter -like a friend that I have wronged and asked for forgiveness, the water quickly let me feel that it accepted my apology and forgave me. Then the flow was gentle and very loving.
Faces of friends twinkled as they danced happily on the water - and I caught them on the camera. See the Sparkles on the water? Which one is YOU?
Yuko and Cindy shared some enchanting pictures of their experience... I'm saving the dessert for later :)
Love and Gratitude to Water - A Ceremony at Home or by the Water

please join our virtual Ceremony of Expressing our Love and Gratitude to the Water TODAY AT 1 P.M. EST. Please check Your Time here.
If it is possible, get to the the natural water source near you. Or
You could just get a glass filled with water, and pray for the water in the glass using the following prayer of Apology (for Humanity's contribution to pollution), Love, Gratitude and Respect.
Water, We Are Sorry.
Water, We Love You.
Water, We Thank You.
Water, We Respect You.
Please intend that the water in the glass is completely filled with the vibrations of Apology, Love, Gratitude and Respect. You can hold both of your hands toward the glass, and visualize that the vibrations emitting from your heart will be projected into the water of the glass through your hands. Please see that each water molecule in the glass is brilliantly shining like a tiny sun.
(You can close your eyes during this process, if it is more comfortable for you during the visualization and meditation)
Next, please intend that the vibrations of your prayer of Love, Gratitude, and Respect in the glass of water will transmit into the natural water source near you (a river, a lake, a creek, an ocean). Remember, all water is connected through collective consciousness.
Following the prayer, please intend that the loving vibrations spread to the waters all over the world.
Visualize that all the water molecules on Earth are beautifully emitting golden and silver light.
Visualize Planet Earth in front of you, surrounded by a glowing gold and silver light.
Through the water, we will be connected as One.
